Return Policy

All items purchased through venasThreads/VenasThreads Alpha are fully refundable given that the items are in Good Condition and remains unaltered in its appearance (ie: cuts, stains, different clothing item than purchased ect..).
VenasThreads/VenasThreads Alpha will cover the cost of return postage therefore customers are free to try on items and return them if they are not happy with it within 14 days of purchase. If a customer wishes to request a refund he or she can do so by contacting us through the information provided in the contacts page, followed by sending the item and the receipt to VenasThreads, Riverside Rd, Derby DE24 8HY.

Liability

VenasThreads/VenasThreads Alpha holds no responsibility over Lost or stolen Items. Once items have been purchased and posted, it then out of out hands therefore it is strongly recommended that users submit the correct information when shopping to avoid items being lost or stolen on delivery. VenasThreads/VenasThreads Alpha will however issue refunds to items returned 14 days after purchase, we understand that items may not appear as perceived on screen. Refunds will be given given 14 days after purchase if the item is in the condition it was when purchased. VenasThreads/VenasThreads Alpha holds the right to remove any users for the misuse of the services through any fraudulent claims/activity which could potentially ruin the the reputation of VenasThreads/VenasThreads Alpha.
